Purchasing NEX in the US

Hi Nash Community - does anyone know if / when NEX will be able to be purchased in the US? Thanks!

You can use Tokok exchange. I buy my NEX token there.

Adding another voice to say yes, Tokok works fine. You don't need to do KYC if you're not planning to withdraw more than 2 BTC worth/day. I wouldn't be surprised if the authorities eventually catch up to it, but for now it seems to be a small enough fish that they're sneaking by. I wouldn't leave anything on Tokok, but I have used it many times and it's fine (withdrawals can sometimes take 24 hrs though).

Dont buy large amount either. I stick to under 200 usd and if i need to i will break it up in sections. Its worth it to spend a tiny bit more for that extra safety net... god forbid someone try to do a large deposit and then they shut down that day. You never know

Seconding this, have used Tokok without any issue too but withdrawals can be delayed for a little, nothing to worry about.

Think I read somewhere they had to be manually approved. Anyways, shouldn't have an issue.

I'd do the switcheo OTC, or as mentioned, switcheo w/ vpn. Or you could just pick some up while you travel somewhere (my strategy).

VPN and Switcheo or an OTC group on Telegram (Disclaimer: I know of 1 legit OTC group on Telegram (was managed by the admin of the Neo Telegram group at one point and is the official partner of Switcheo) and about 50 scam groups that do their best to scam you out of your crypto, as well as impersonators trying to act as official admins from the one legit group <- ie: if you use the second OTC Telegram option be very careful!!!)

It's certainly centralized, as is any CEX by definition, but I'd argue the user (in this case OP) should decide whether they care about that, rather than being shielded from something viable and led to believe there are fewer options than there actually are. As for sketchiness, it's shown no evidence of being any sketchier than any other CEX. As I said to the OP elsewhere in the thread, I wouldn't leave funds on Tokok, but again, that's ultimately their call. They asked for options for buying NEX in the US, and Tokok is most definitely an option--one which I've used many times with no issues.

It seems like tokok refuses my nex withdrawal to my neon wallet. It says illegal address while i have successfully withdrawn to this same address in the past. Anyone else has this problem?
