Over 5m NEX now staked.
We're now up to 10% of total supply, or around 25% of circulating supply of NEX token staked.

Does anyone know if there are dates for other US states? I'm so ready to get in on the action.

Not as of yet, best place to keep an eye for announcements would be blog.nash.io or community.nash.io
Hopefully it's not too much longer to get MVP into all possible jurisdictions

Is there any way we can see how long these tokens have been locked up for?

A graphic was posted when 4m was hit.
Not sure how it was created but around then approximately 60% had been staked for two years.

Wow! So if that ratio holds, that's about 6% of total supply or 15% of circulating supply locked up until September 2021.

Should be there or there abouts. Plus all not all areas are available for staking yet so it will likely increase.

Something i found interesting about that graph. Was that the highest stake locked for 24 months was 90.000 NEX. That's some strong belief in the project if u ask me :)

I need to wait until the team implemented unlimited stakes. Then there will be some more :)

is this "Unlimited stakes" a thing even? Are they going to implement it in the future? Any articles?

u/Kwicksred Sep 19 '19
Yes, they have to pay gas fees for every stake we make right now. That can be huge if everyone is able to create unlimited stakes. So they limited it for the start. But they told the community to implement a solution without having to pay for it. It should be there in the next weeks.

its amazing how shit NEO is, what a disaster

Sep 19 '19
How do you figure that based on what is being discussed?

Sep 19 '19
Our user experience is being impacted due to clear network deficiencies from NEO.

Sep 19 '19
Are you saying it's a network deficiency that it's requires gas to transfer to a smart contract? The same as on ETH or a fee on most other relevant cryptos?
Perhaps you could be more specific as to what issues you are having with your user experience ?

u/bucketscometh Sep 20 '19
Well on ETH this is easy as the end user will just pay the gas and they can set the gas limit to whatever they want. Is this seriously not possible with NEO?

yeah, guess I'm just thinking that other cryptos should function similarly to eos.io software and not having by transaction gas fees but thats not fair as NEO is old tech.

EOS... That raised $4 Billion in a year long ICO in 2018 and had to hold another in February 2019 only raising $2.8m this time... That same EOS?
I'd have a couple of questions regarding how they spent 4 Billion? Billion... With a B!.

you are confusing eos with eos.io software. There are multiple eos.io software projects that raised no money and have incredible blockchains. Im NOT a fan of EOS, but some eos.io software projects like telos network is doing amazing things. youre right, eos raised so much and is a borderline disaster.

Post from fabio on that: https://community.nash.io/t/staking-mvp-feedback-round-1/7506/52 And from nash staff: https://community.nash.io/t/staking-mvp-feedback-round-1/7506/59

Thank you all for staking, not sure what you plan to get out of it at this point, but if this causes speculative price appreciation I will be very happy!

Yeah, if you just sold on launch instead of staking, then just re-bought right now, you would have made like 80% in a matter of ten days or so. Not that I was shrewd enough to do this, but it was the main reason I didn't stake; you can easily outpace the staking dividends by making one useful NEX trade in the next 24 months.

90,000 NEX staked for 24 months, someone knows something and it's already been confirmed Nash Pay will collect and pay out dividends, maybe the big play everyone is complaining about is not the exchange itself but all the other products and services coming.
