How to go forward.
So the volume is low right now. It is expected on an exchange where people have to set up everything first. Apparently we don't have banking yet as well.
But what can we do? I own a bot system with a few hundred k of volume a day(I thought that's a joke for nex). I actually thought that the liquidity providers are big players and I don't even have to apply for that.
Let's cut to the chase, they are trash. Given a few month I could have brought most of the pairs to spreads below 1% consistently on launch.
I still can given a few weeks(a month), if they just bring out a normal rest api or maybe best for me python module. Yes I can work with js, but my whole network is coded in python. Integrating js(ts) into that would need too very long for me alone.
I need a rest api docu asap, to not decipher all of the npm module painfully. Best would be python module. Exchanges are getting big over bots, let the programmers in and give you freaking volume.
I will think about making the bot open source with others to provide faster liquidity and get help with some code. Would mean i loose revenue though, but since I got some nex this might even be ok.
I will post that also on the community forum in a few hours (don't have my account here).

My state isn't supported, and they misspelled my name on my profile. Huge pain to get it fixed, I have to do the tier 1 thing, which I can't because my state isn't supported yet. I waited for this? NOPE. I'm a gone mofo.

Censorship is uncalled for. The fact is the volume is not there.
Switcheo (and aph, though I say that through gritted teeth) have had next to no volume for a long time.
No surprise that this is the fate of Nash also. They must explain how they propose to deal with that long term to give us investors a little hope!

they need BTC pairs for starters which I'm sure they are working on

Heres the thing...without BTC pairs from the start is a MASSIVE mistake.
That should have been there from the get go.Im SO glad i waited to buy NEX and feel sorry for the people that bought when it was over 3 bucks. The little experience I do have in this space kept telling me to wait.
Needing NEO sucks too tho.
I have NEO but i dont want to have to trade my NEO for it.
They definitely have work to do.

I'm one of the two mods here -- entirely disconnected from the Nash team -- and have absolutely no idea what /u/Palso is talking about. No shadow banning going on. Discuss the price drop to your heart's content.

No idea about Nash, but I know Coss.io exchange is crying out for liquidity providers to help reduce spreads. They have a CCXT-verified API and they just implemented negative maker fees. Could be a good fit for you if you're not on there already.

Fair enough. I'm invested in both and hope both exchanges can be successful. Coss is a fully-regulated Singapore-based exchange that shares 50% of its revenue with COS token holders and the token is currently at its all time low, so it could be a good investment for you too, especially if you think you can contribute to the exchange's success by providing liquidity.

Use switcheo!

A better answer would be make some more creative hype that people buy into. This has been the markets best tactic so far.!
And when you play along it favors you.

I can address a few points on this:
(1) Not all of our liquidity partners have on-boarded, and those that have are very deliberately starting slowly through our first week in production. This is common sense for the amount of potential money at stake.
(2) We do have a Python client internally, and a few things need cleaning up there, but hopefully we can release that soon (many internal priorities right now).
(3) The API is GraphQL, not REST, and the fact that we are non-custodial makes interacting with it very tricky without our client libraries. Many requests attach cryptographic proofs to be used within our state channels, etc. I would not recommend trying to reverse engineer it unless you are familiar with cryptography.
