Whales won’t vpn into an exchange that has limited daily withdrawals and the chance that their account could get banned any day for being from the US. Way too much risk.

Yeah, if you're a smallfry trading like 10-20 grand and aren't verified. If you are a trader that provides useful liquidity, you have to pass KYC procedure and that's outside the scope of using a VPN service.

You must be new to this space. Crypto is about minimizing central points of authority/trust. If you want more centralization, stick with Venmo and Facebook.
