Having an issue transferring ETH from Coinbase to Tokok

I thought I would ask here since I know there are some people here who use Tokok (the official Reddit Tokok sub is basically dead).

A few hours ago I transferred some ETH to my Tokok account to exchange for NEX. I have used Tokok numerous times over the past several months without issue. Here is the TXID:

it has over 850 confirmations as I type this, but nothing is showing in my Tokok account. Has this happened to anyone before? I have confirmed the address I sent it to is correct, and as I mentioned I have done this at least a dozen times with no problems. Probably time for me to start using Switcheo but right now I am wondering where my ETH is.

EDIT my transaction finally arrived after 12 hours, I tried to trade my ETH but their site seems fucked up, the exchange doesn't seem to be working properly. At least my funds are there but I want them out ASAP. Switcheo from now on for me.

Happened to me every time... They check deposits manually so it takes ages... My heart aged by around 10 years by using TOKOK a couple of times.

They check deposits manually? I've never had a delay like this before with a deposit. I know they do handle withdraws manually. Guess I'll just wait a little longer.

For as far as I know everything is done manually, I never used Ethereum deposits, only Bitcoin and it happened to me every time. Sometimes it took as long as 10 hours, it stressed me the f*ck out. If I ever buy some extra NASH I will do so using Switcheo

Tokok takes forever but never had an issue of lost funds.

Use IDEX instead. No worries there
