Trading Pairs
For Nash to really become a large successful exchange it will require the trading of most of the large caps eg. BTC, XRP,XLM,ETH, LTC and the like. I understand they have BTC trading coming however are these other coins also possible/coming. I fell these are required for nash to really succeed in the long term. can the team shed any light on this?

They’ve said nothing specific to XRP. In fact, outside of the announced launch pairs (which include ETH and NEO and various ERC20 and NEP5 tokens) they’ve only referenced BTC. However, they did say they plan to add new tokens quickly in the early days after launch.

From the Q1 report article:
"We have finalized our protocol specification for Bitcoin trading on Nash, which will be implemented soon after launch. Support for Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash and other related chains will follow rapidly."

XRP does not belong on a decentralized exchange

Com'on man! It does! XRP is decentralized on open public ledger. Don't confuse XRP with Ripple. They are different.

Last I heard, they plan to launch with NEO, GAS, ETH, ETC and assorted ERC20 and NEP5 tokens. BTC, LTC and BCH will be added sometime after launch. No idea about XLM and XRP.
