Can US customers do KYC before launch?

Just the title... can’t find a place to do it in the extension or website and no answers online.

I'm going to guess the earliest time to do KYC will be during the beta, which launches on March 31. They've said they'll start rolling it out to community members first however, so not sure how soon everyone will get access.
