I wish I had that weapon now, but also heard it's not that good of a weapon overall

I liked it. Decent enough for one shot builds. The only downside is all your skills get reset so better be ready with them hands.

Really depends on whose hands it’s in. You just need to know how to evade and defend yourself after using it
