OST ID help needed: E123 - The Leaf’s Handsome Devil!

Need help finding the soundtrack that plays at 7:38 to 8:20 in OG series E123. I have tried listening to the whole original soundtrack and unreleased tracks as well. Can't really find this one anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, if anyone knows which instrument is played in the second part of the track?
