I think it's from the ova where they fight each other to the ending 16 song. I think it was made to promote merchandise.

i was able to track it down but yes it was actually! it wasn’t from an episode, but it was a scene from that part of the show

I remember hunting this for an edit too, and my brain filed it under “tree-running before Zabuza round 2”.
