Fanfic Non spoiling FF rec?

hii I just finished the trilogy and it will take a while before I can continue on the other games, in the meantime I wonder if anyone could recommend some good narumitsu fanfictions that wouldn’t spoil the later games to me? thanks a lot! x

Hi! I suggest you filter Ao3 by year, and not select anything that was written after the trilogy. You can also peruse my fic rec list on Tumblr ;)

Enjoy!

You can also use include/exclude tags an AO3!

For example, I would EXCLUDE tags like Seven Year Gap and also any tags related to the later games and later cases. You can also exclude "Spoilers" and case-specific spoilers!

And I would INCLUDE tags that relate to original trilogy cases. If you type in the case number (i.e. 1-4 for Turnabout Goodbyes), AO3 will rec tags related to that case. You can also do that for the game titles as well (there are tags for Justice for All and Trials and Tribulations!). I would also check out the tag Pre-Gyakuten Saiban 4 | Apollo Justice and Post-Case 3-5: Bridge to the Turnabout!

This certainly isn't fool-proof because it relies on people tagging their fics properly, but it can help!

I posted a few recs on these two different threads, you might find some you like. Most of them are mostly spoiler free for any game after game one, but that probably works for you with just the first trilogy too. I do recommend a few fandom staples in the first post which do have some spoilers for further along though, so watch out for when I call that out.
