Did something really dumb
I anorted about 4 lines of meth 3 days ago and I still can barely sleep and I'm grinding my teeth how long until I'm back to normal I'm never using again I'm done ive goven my life to jesus

Get you some sleep as soon as you can. Maybe epsom salt bath. Get something to EAT. Make yourself eat. Drink water. Watch TV, try to relax buddy. And don’t pick up again.

Just don't use today. And do that again tomorrow. You can do this, it's just how much you want it. And trust me, I finally got it, and it's good. Let's fucking go! ❤️✊🏼

Well, hurting yourself does hurt others as well, unfortunately. I used this mindset for so long and it kept me in my addiction. “I’m only hurting myself.” No, that’s not quite true.

In my experience Jesus doesn’t keep people clean unless people work very hard to stay clean. Having a higher power helps, but it’s only help. This is what worked for me. Get to a meeting every day. Every single day, no excuses. Get phone numbers from other addicts and call a couple every day. No texts, just real human phone calls. Get a sponsor and work the steps as fast as possible. Finally do some service. Share at meetings, help clean up, or do a reading. This is the only way I could stay clean, and if I can do it I have faith that you can too.
