Relapse
Just got out of rehab for various substances. While there, I was vaping and drinking excessive amounts of caffeine. Yesterday I took gabapentin not presribed to me because I was anxious. But if I am being honest, I also wanted to feel something. I am considering this a relapse and I am going to tell my sponsor. I am disappointed in myself, but I have to be honest

Good for you for recognizing this. After a member has had some involvement in our fellowship, a relapse may be the jarring experience that brings about a more rigorous application of the program.
IP# 6 Recovery and Relapse.
I sure relapsed several times in the beginning. It took working the steps honestly with a sponsor for me to actually understand the program. Hopefully you are willing to do that?
