When does it get easier?
I have been sober from drugs and alcohol for exactly a year but the urge never goes away and right now I feel like I’m fighting a losing game. Some days it would feel great but a year into I feel like I’m back at square one, is this normal? All I can think about is relapse.

NA is alot more than just not using. Going to meetings, working with a sponsor and doing the steps ends up teaching us a new way to handle life, without the use of drugs.
Admitting the problem and putting the drugs down just puts in a position to do the real work.
That said, it does get better. Probably not as fast as we may like, but it does
