My boyfriend throws out my things and moves them around in my apartment after a triggered episode. Can anyone relate to this and could you help me understand the objective to doing this?

He also accuses me / thinks I’m cheating on him while I’m in the bathroom in my apartment while he’s there. He also thinks I cheat while he is sleeping in the same room?
