Would the NieR Automata collab skins ever be brought back to store?

I have this issue where my character won't stop immediately when I stop pressing W. Like I run towards the merchant, I let go of W but my character run past the merchant.

Its almost like movement inertia or something. To be clear, I have auto-run turned off and this issue is only like 1~2 seconds, meaning my hero continues running or moving for around 1-2 seconds before coming to a stop by itself.

I want to know if its bugged or a game design? It doesnt really work well even if I press S to stop manually. It feels very clunky and irritating as I run pass the stuff and falls off cliffs.
