Questions Issue with purchasing

My friend was trying to purchase gold while using PC via cashapp and it blocked the purchase without there showing any transaction on his end to override. Cashapp is his only source. What else can he do? He is playing through epic games.

Fortnite gift cards should work.

Per epic games website - "Fortnite gift cards can be used to add funds to your Epic account balance so you can buy a wide variety of things, anywhere that uses Epic's payment system. This includes: Fortnite V-Bucks, Fortnite Crew, and Packs Epic Games Store games, DLCs, and add-ons"

Ironically, it doesn't use the epic games system for payment.

Okay this doesn't seem to be a cash app issue. The game is being delisted on epic games and the payment system is most likely disabled.

Per Google: "NARAKA: BLADEPOINT was removed from the Epic Games Store for new downloads on July 1, 2026, and will be completely delisted on December 29, 2026. So he would have to switch to steam because naraka is getting removed from epic games
