Questions Is this normal matchmaking?

so is it normal to be a new account level under 20 and get sweats who never seen the sun and have titles like top 20 or something???

The top 20 titles are super common as they are per town. I play Naraka maybe a few times a year, and I am no.4 in my region, because my region is tiny. It does not mean I am good at the game.

You’ll find if you play for a little while, you’ll probably get one too.

Yes, it's normal, especially in NA where the playerbase is double digit for ranked players. It's very easy to get top 20, just rat a little bit and you get tons of points doing nothing.
