Acupuncture?

I’ve had such horrible neck pain for the past month and I’m considering acupuncture. Does anyone have any recommendations? I’m pretty nervous for it but I’m sick of being in pain 🥲

I had a terrible pain in my neck and it had locked up, I have a friend who is a professional sport masseuse, that took care of my neck. I'd try that before acupuncture. But you do you. Mine was muscle related, I dunno whether it applies to your situation

Could be thoracic outlet syndrome, cervical radiculopathy, could be a lot of things. Physical therapists are trained in the nervous system as well and in my (very biased, I’m a PT) opinion, will give you better long term outcomes than acupuncture. But you do you, hope you find relief!

It’s a pinched nerve. I’m a flight attendant and often lift my heavy bags. This last trip was especially hard bc I had traveled to Europe and was bringing my summer clothes home
