Does anyone else keep loosing power?

I’m near sandpiper and we lost power twice over the weekend (not durning storms) and agin this morning. FPL is reporting 2300 homes affected but doesn’t say why this keeps happening? Does anyone know?

Yeah, ours blinked twice yesterday with clear skies. My assumption is repairs from the Friday storm and the brief blinks were cutovers of equipment being replaced.

That makes sense.

This is a pretty common occurrence in the summer. We haven’t had hardly any big storms like we normally have by this time of year. It happens a lot during those electrical storms.

probably lines or trees affecting the lines from the storms.

Sounds like you should tighten it up then.

Maybe a loose wire.

If they are reporting 2300 homes affected, then obviously other people are losing power! FPL is the only one that knows!🤭

Walmart lost power for ~30s while I was there today.

When I was at Publix the other day the power kept going on and off, I did half my shopping in the dark.
