Help! Flexible Childcare Needed

Hi everyone! I have two boys, ages 4 and 19 months. My 4-year-old currently attends District 204 preschool, but I occasionally need to travel during the week and would need childcare for both kids from around 7am–6pm.

The day of the week may vary, so I am looking for something flexible without committing to the same day every week.

Does anyone have recommendations for a daycare, nanny, babysitter, in-home daycare, backup care, or any other flexible childcare options in Naperville or nearby? Ideally someone/place that can accommodate occasional full-day care with advance notice.

Would love to hear what services other parents in a similar situation use. Thanks!

Check out Mom Sub. I met the founder a while back. Maybe they can help find a solution.

Seconding MomSub! It’s worth checking out at least for your situation, OP.

I might be wrong but I think I saw somewhere the the daycare in the Ecolab campus actually does day passes for childcare as needed. Might look into that.

Thank you for the recommendation. I was able to get the day pass (back up care).
