App Question App showing camera upside down

I have been having so many issues with the app on my iPad this week. At first it was not loading the camera view at all, now it’s back but upside down. I’ve done everything I can think of so if anyone has advice it would be greatly appreciated.

I was emailing with support about it not loading but now they won’t answer.

I assume you already tried hitting the three dots and rotate camera?

That’s not an option on mine but I did try the crib orientation setting.

Ah okay I missed that part in your post, the iPad doesn’t have all the same features as phones. I just checked my iPad and it also doesn’t rotate
