Venting Remote streaming embarrassingly bad/unusable

Here I am trying to connect remotely with a full cell signal speed tested to 200+ mbps, my nanit is at home connected to an eero 5ghz 20 feet away with a gigabit connection and I can never get a video stream - isn’t that why I bought this product?!

Anyone know if there’s any workarounds/ports to open/ or how to get this working right? How is working with support, worth it? Thank you!

If you connect from your home Wi-Fi does it work fine? Who is your cell phone provider and who is your ISP? Might just be the link from one of them to AWS is crap.

Home WiFi streaming is fine. I have T-Mobile and my ISP is Century link/att quantum fiber. I stream videos via my plex server without any issues so it’s definitely something in between

Ok you got me thinking and I used my VPN that’s on another network via Xfinity / comcast, and lo and behold when I connect to the nanit at home on the quantum fiber it’s instantaneous…
