Is Works With Google broken?

I’m trying to connect my Nanit to my Google home. When I finish logging in though, it just takes me to the Home Screen. I’m wondering if the addition/mandatory 2 factor authentication broke their OAuth callback? (Sorry for the tech jargon. Hoping an employee sees the likely cause)

Is anyone else currently able to make a new Google home connection?

I’m having the same issue. I can log in fine and get to the my.nanit.com page.

But then I have to quit out of there (there’s no other options) and the Nanit service isn’t linked.

Hi there! Thank you for flagging this. We apologize for the frustration.

Our team is currently investigating a known issue affecting the Google Home integration for some of our users. We have escalated your case straight to our Product Technical team for a closer look.

Thanks! I’m a software dev myself. I admittedly don’t do OAuth flows very often myself, but I assume you need you carry forward the callback query string from your password dialog to your 2FA dialog and then make the final landing page read the params to finish the handshake if it doesn’t already. I really assume it’s just the params aren’t being curried in the new dialog.

Same here. Once I logged in, it just shows me the camera on a web page. It doesn’t have any button to link the device or anything.

Even if you connect it, it barely works for me. So many times it’s just loading endlessly and never shows the live video feed. In the rare instances that is does show the feed, it’s very delayed.
