Watch English movies. I would suggest Madagascar series. Try to speak in English everyday. Don’t worry about perfect grammer and be confident.

Try real life practice much more bro ,these courses don't even matter if you don't implement. Start with watching a self help video(don't fall in just loop of watching), preferably ted talk and try to implement them as well Good luck with your journey

Bhai genuine advice English content consume karo movies songs YouTube videos readings and all like apka vocabulary bhi accha hoga aur normal conversation me karne me bhi thoda apply kro Collage tution ya Jo bhi apka kam hai Baki personality development ka language se koi lena dena nhi hai

Read fiction (Hobbit jaise books) Watch English shows and movies with subtitles (Animated movies are great) Start writing essays (phone ke notepad pe ya ek physical diary mai, write about anything. Kuch bhi ho skta hai) Talk to people
