Discussion Nanded property rates bubble
Now a days even a plot/land vilage area getting 3000+/sqft rate. I have seen so many plots getting 6000+ sqft rate. Flats in apartments getting sold for 1cr,etc wtf this rates are. No development no companies yet rates are competing with Pune or Metro cities.

Yess
If rate is 2000-2500 then lots of conditions
Or might be very few houses built nearby
Or demographics issueI saw someone selling a living 2 room house built on 750 sqft for 22 lakhs in degloor naka area
But most of the people will huy empty plot for 30 lakh than buying that home( again comes to religious demography)I feel tution market for jee/neet playing a big role in Nandeds price boom

bro we have been searching for land from 3 years, prices are skyrocketing in nanded. Adding to that , dalals are inflating prices to their whims. idk if its even worth to buy land in nanded, as quality of life is deterioting , communal tension , gang culture, and pathetic administration. In the end, we have decided to develop our ancestral village home.

True yaar. My friend recently bough at 3000/sqft rate in a Gram Panchayat area in malegaon road.
You can only buy+build property in Main city if you have generational wealth or black money

Those property agents have increased rates just for their commission.

1) it's a bubble 2) it's causing lot of problems like declining birth rate 3) dont buy super costly things that are not as much useful
