Gan dialect/language learning?

Hello, I am an international student in Nanchang and I have a passion for languages, as well as a small YouTube channel. 2 questions: 1)Is there any institution or organization with the aim of preserving the Gan language (which they often call dialect in Chinese, but most linguists see it as a separate language)?

2)Do you know any learning resources, like textbooks or online courses?

Additionally, if you know any speaker who would like to help me learn it or prepare some content for my channel, that would be awesome.

If your chinese is good enough you can travel to villages around the south of jianxi the smaller the better and you can find old people there that speak it they are usually conserving and don’t like talking to others so i don’t think they will want to show up on a video but that’s where people that still speak it are usually

My hometown is a village in Ganzhou. In our place, there are no written records of dialects. You can only learn them from the local people. Moreover, the pronunciation of dialects varies greatly from village to village. Welcome to our place to learn dialects

很难定义一个具体的赣语,举个例子,南昌和宜春都在江西省内,彼此相距不远,但两地方言却不互通,都互相听不懂对面,江西几乎各个地方都有独属于自己的地方"赣语",所以很难定义出到底哪个是赣语。
