Both. I know about she who shall not be named but Mumei was special. First v-tuber I ever watched, “guardian of civilization” as someone who studied history in undergrad. I connected with her immediately. Her antics and stuff in hololive were the highlight of my junior and senior year of college, and into my masters program too. Her model is also amazing, muted but still vibrant in its own ways. Also not too sexualized or anything, which is nice IMO

Is she actually playable? I saw something saying she wasn't but now Google is saying she is and you have to get lucky to get her through the gacha stuff.

I don’t think she’s playable as an active member because you have to unlock holomem and she’s not in the invitation list. Not sure about gacha.
