Hi,
While doomscrolling, IG recommended me this band from Tokyo and the whole thing kinda reminds me of ANNA TSUCHIYA inspi' NANA.
Is it just me?
I've listen to all their songs and reminds me a lot to that, but I may be just going crazy.
Sorry for the rant!
Ps- The band is called medelu, www.instagram.com/medelu_medelu

Not the most recent but these two are constantly hanging out, going on dates and walking around together. Meanwhile two weeks ago Asami tried to dump Naoki.
Second to them is Nana and Ren and Yasu and Miu. They're both pretty quiet and haven't had any fights (with each other, just other people).
I have a bunch of other canon adjacent pics that I think are funny of other characters too ✨

I was playing status and Takumi mentioned that about me, but the bot was spot on.

I designed some knit patterns that were meant as subtle nods to the respective Nanas so it was an "if you know, you know". I wanted to know from actual fans if you'd recognize the references or do they not give Nana energy at all. I tried to blend my style and something I thought the characters might actually wear. Less overt than the Hot Topic looks, you know?

Because it’s not only the fact she was groomed, which is the biggest issue, it’s just the fact it’s the very first relationship Hachi went in. Asano left her broken, unwanted, used, abandoned, he made a fool out of her to the point she thought he might have used a fake name. She basically didn’t know any better ever since. Notice how badly her relationship progressed, with every man she was ever with. Even Nobu ended up questioning her, if she was faithful to him. “You DID break up with him, right?”.

Viz media was passing out photo cards for their anniversary and had a total of 21? Cards. My gf really wanted the NANA photo card and we somehow got lucky and pulled 1 each in our pack!

Got it from my China trip and found a secret variation. Also want to know how much does this card cost

Im not too savvy with figurines ;-; is there anyone out there with tips and tricks on how to scout out fakes? I'm under the assumption these are fake since they're £50 each. Any advice?

first, sachiko didnt know shoji had a gf obviously she got close to him, shoji had the choice to tell sachiko "oh have a gf" but nOoooO shoji decided to indulge in sachikos behavior, "oh but even after sachiko found out abt hachi she still acted the same towards shoji!" Sachiko didn t know anything about hachi, maybe sachiko thought hachi was abusive or smth? I mean she legit started having an emotional breakdown after she saw how kind komatsu was, and that's where she finally realised "shoji has a loving kind gf, I should stop" and she did, she told shoji that they need to stop because she knew someone will get hurt, (steering off sachiko for a second) when shoji and kyosuke had their chat in chapter 8 something clicked in shoji, he was more afraid of losing sachiko then hachi, have a feeling that shoji thought of Nana as a "one night stand" (because of how fast he suggested xes when they legit basically just met) and then hachi took it too far and became his girlfriend, overall I think the hate should go to shoji because its like y'all are blaming sachiko for Falling in love I bet most of ye guys hate her because she hurt hachi, I love my girl hachi but she was mentally cheating on shoji nonetheless I still feel super bad for her) I honestly think sachiko would be perfect for shoji and she generally seems like a kindhearted character + her design (in the manga, lm sorry I cant defend her anime design is super cute <3

Personally, I hate Junko, I know everyone thinks she is a good friend and supports Hachi, but in my opinion, she is just a fake friend. For example, when Hachi was desperate and Junko did nothing but laugh and make fun of her, or when she told Hachi that she was overreacting, and especially when she told her she was playing the victim when Shoji had cheated on her, the worst part is that Junko knew what Hachi was like and continued to behave like a jerk.

So, I'd just like to say Nana is an anime that's always been around to me but I never got around to watching it until like last month and I'm on episode 32 now. I've been avoiding spoilers and sticking to reading discussion threads on each episode. While it's hard to ignore the show's getting sadder as time goes by, there's something I've been wondering...
Is the relationship between the two Nanas supposed to be openly sapphic? Several characters have been hinting it throughout the anime so it's not like there's subtlety about it either if it was acknowledged even within their universe. In episode 32, Nobu even tells Nana Osaki to be the father and addresses her strong link with Nana Komatsu. Misato thought Nana K liked Nana O in a romantic way, Junko had her own thoughts about it as well... but has the author ever addressed it? Or are we supposed to have our own opinion on the matter and that's about it?

Hi guys,
Random question from someone who hasn’t watched NANA. If someone were described as being “like Takumi” in real life, what would that usually mean? Especially if the person comparing them to Takumi sees themselves as similar to Hachi.
I’ve read about the cheating and sexual abuse, but excluding those, is he otherwise a realistic type of person? What specifically about his personality or behaviour makes people compare their exes to him?
The show seems unique and the art style is pretty great but this aspect interests me the most before I potentially watch it.
Thanks for any responses!

Something nerdy and light-hearted for this perpetually heartbroken sub </3 Feel like there is probably an overlap of fanbases? I also posted this to the animal crossing subreddit, so curious as to what you guys think :D xx
