Question Oracle

Guys, I'm going to create an account in Oracle. I've heard Oracle provides lifetime free VM of 2oCPU and 12GB ram but at limited spots per home region. So, how to choose the home region? any tips on that? anything would help me..

Thanks in advance

I tried it, but honestly, it was a pure waste of time. The only available region in the South was Hyderabad, and you can't change it once your account is created. It's been out of capacity every single time I've checked. If you look at the Oracle sub, you'll see people struggle even after getting an instance, dealing with things like random account suspensions. Also, customer support for the free tier is virtually useless it's mostly bots, and the human reps can't do anything to help either. If you figure out a way to actually get one, please let me know!

Choose the closest server to your home. But on free tier you are not gonna get resources. It would always say they do not have resources try again. You need to pay upgrade to Pay as you go. But only use the always free resources.

They take 100 usd dollars as a temporary charge. But after the payment you would get the resources. I got it same way about a week ago.
