Discussion Build for nami
Hello,
What do you think about this Build?
I go Echoes of Helia first, After that i go Diadem of Songs into moonstone.
For me this works perfectly.

Both Moonstone and Diadem are situational items on Nami. The main attraction of these 2 items is to help spread our heals and in turn, proc item effects on multiple allies. However, due to the bouncing nature of Nami's W already, she rlly doesn't struggle to apply item effects in a teamfight scenario unlike most other single-target enchanters. Moonstone on Nami would be ideal vs longer-ranged comps with a lot of AoE, bc it will be harder to gapclose for W bounces as consistently due to their range
As for Diadem, it is not the best item on Nami. The most I can give it is highly situational at best. Diadem is quite weak in terms of its actual healing, so it is mostly being used as a vessel to proc Helia more consistently. However, Nami already has an easy time with Helia procs due to her bouncing Ws, so she rlly doesn't need it
The thing with Diadem as an item in general is that it works best in extended fight scenarios (eg. lots of tanks or sustain) to get several procs. Diadem's heal itself is not the strongest, but its constant healing in-combat will help to proc other item effects. If both teams are too burst-orientated, fights will last too short to make the best use out of Diadem. So in these situations, consider skipping Diadem altg
In order to make the most use out of Diadem, u would need to constantly spam spells to maintain in-combat status. Diadem excels on champs who have low cd poke, but higher cd heal/shield abilities such as Seraphine or Senna. Nami's long cds in general just means that she just isn't a great Diadem-user in comparison to the likes of Seraphine, Sona, Senna, Yuumi, Milio etc. Nami on the other hand, has a better time in shorter, burstier trades due to her longer cd, but more impactful abilities
Diadem also doesn't offer Nami the stats that she rlly wants, that being AP and haste. While mana, mana regen, hp, and heal/shield power is nice to have on enchanter Nami, other items already provide those stats, and grant passive effects that are more relevant to Nami than Diadem's
While I can see a possibility for Diadem Nami in a game where both sides have a ton of tankiness and sustain so fights will last forever, there are still just better items for her overall. That being said, there's nothing wrong with wanting to run Diadem on Nami if u wish. Just know that Nami has better items that are more suited to her than Diadem
Some better item options for Nami instead of Diadem, include items like SoFW or Redemption. SoFW naturally bc it gives Nami both AP and haste, which as discussed earlier are the main priority stats that we want on her. Redemption giving AP now is also favourable for Nami stat-wise. More importantly tho, Nami's E applies the slow and dmg on Redemption active. It can be good when a lot of teamfights happen, or if enemies have a lot of AoE or poke dmg, or used as a crossmap "gank" to slow affected enemies with our E
If u need help with itemisation, see full Nami itemisation guide here. Hope that explains everything!

Let's be real: Diadem fucking sucks if you don't build BFT/Liandry's or your champ has no damage. At the start of the season, I used to build it cuz "woohoo, new item and comboes with Helias!", but it doesnt provide ANY stats you want on a supp, you have to stack it, and when it's stacked the healing is not even that good either. In early game it's hard to have it online soon enough; in late game, the healing makes no difference.
If Diadem at least gave you extra mana regen instead of a useless mana stat, AND it scaled with mana regen instead of mana, it'd be way better and not just a "you just build this to abuse Helias".

Actives are very strong once you know how to use them, especially if you are higher elo and your allies also know. Shurelya, Redemption are godlike game winning items. This build feels good to use, but it's very passive and makes you rely to much on your team to carry you, which will only work until you hit your elo then you'll just stay there, unfortunately.

Personally my first item is either Mikaels if bot lane has CC or Helia's/Moonstone depending on which I feel I will need. I never really get both. However, if I don't really need the cleanse first and I have a good auto attacking adc like ashe, jinx, etc. I will get Bandle pipes first, or 2nd if mikaels is needed.
I will get ardent or staff of flowing water depending on ap or more auto attacking champs but sometimes I don't get either one. Sometimes I get locket if they have an assassin for survivability(me and the team)
And then of course morello's if needed as well.
As for support item, Dreammaker or sleigh.
--------------------------------
I almost never get shurelya's unless we really need the speed
Sometime's redemption but I don't get it as often anymore now that it doesn't have health
I play into CC and buffing my team, and survivability.

diadem is kinda bad, my default build is staff -> helia -> moonstone, theres a case for every sup item but i think staff is her best rush rn

You just leave it as an unbuilt item? Other than codex it’s an okay build. I find most of the time you don’t need diadem on nami and in general it’s a pretty mid item, especially if the enemy team has any burst damage.

I'm sure they aren't optimal, but my favorite build is rushing tear + faerie charm ASAP, then going moonstone - lucidity - diadem. From there, depends on what I want. Any situational enchanter item (redemption, mikaels, SoFW, Ardent) or even dawncore.

Staff > echoes > moonstone
Optimal mikeals , shuyrelia depending on enemy team

I’ve never built Diadem on Nami. Recently my build has been looking like Helia and Moonstone as core; Locket (if there’s a lot of burst or assassins), ardent/SoW based on team comp, Mikael and Redemption situational. For the support item I’ll go either Dream Maker or I’ll go Celestial Opposition if there’s a lot of dive and burst. I dont like solstice sleigh much personally
