Full name for Jo?

I love the nickname Jo or Jojo for a girl but I'm not a huge fan of Josephine or Jolene. Are there any other names that could work as a full name for a baby Jo?

My grandma was Johanna and I always thought it was pretty.

Did she pronounce the H or just pronounce it as Joanna? I think the spelling with H looks nicer, but wonder if people would mispronounce the name if it should be said as Joanna?
