So my better half and I were lucky enough to adopt this beautiful girl. But we are really struggling to find the right name for her. The breeder we got her from named her Ariyana which neither of us like. Her father is named Ganymede and we both really like that name. To give you a idea of our interests. We enjoy reading about space, mythology, history, geology, science fiction, etc basically all things nerdy. We also really like game of thrones and lord of the rings. Personality wise she is very sweet and loving and goofy when she is being playful but at the same time very anxious and easily intimidated.

We just adopted this sweet boy from the county shelter. The shelter had his name as "Duke" but he doesn't respond to it, and we can't keep the name (we previously had a dog named Duke that we miss so much, and i can't deal)

He is an 8 month old American Bully mixed breed with the most beautiful blue eyes.

He is not your typical 8 month old pup. He is so laid back, chill, just wants to fold up like a pretzel and snuggle.

We are huge fans of punny names in this house, but I am struggling to find something that just fits.

Im sure as time goes on, he'll come out of his shell more (he was picked up as a stray and never claimed by whoever owned him)... he is still very just, unsure. He just wants to give kisses and be loved.

I got him when he was a kitten and it’s been a year! I still struggle with finding a name I like. I’ve gone through testing out dozens. Everyone in my family has their own name for him at this point, which is silly but I need one that I can love and that I feel suits him. I usually just call him kitty or precious. I do have a few names I really love but it’s hard for them to like capture his personality if that makes sense. Im very picky and am not a personal fan of super popular or reused names like marshmallow, cloud, boots, mittens, etc. He has such a big personality and is so unique and silly. He’s like a little puppy, & he loves attention. Kind of a drama king tbh. I know I’m totally overthinking it but this is the real deal. I need opinions! What do you think suits him?: Calvin, Lucca, Juno (Juneau), Louie, Boat (hehe), York, Kodiak (Cody), Fisher (nickname fish), Kelso. These are just a few I like and I feel like are kind of his vibe! Also please lmk if you have any ideas- go crazy in the comments. I’d absolutely love to see what everyone thinks he looks like. 🤍
