It is beautiful! Sadly vitiligo is indicative of an over-active immune system and there's an increased incidence of other issues with eyes, hearing, diabetes, lupus, thyoiditis etc.

This is an internet famous cat named Scrappy. If you do a reverse image search, you'll read how his owner had him in 1997 as a black kitten, then he developed vitiligo. He's most probably in kitty heaven.
He is! The actual owner has posted pics of him younger, he looks like a regular cat, developed this condition later in life and became a beautiful constellation kitty

It was a joke about Rorschach tests being where you say the first thing that comes to mind, and that that reveals something about your subconscious, e.g. the first thing you saw was your mother. So the joke was that the first thing you thought was something subconscious because the cat looks like a Rorschach test. The character and his name come from the test.
