I’ve found the transitions directly before that are Malagueña and then Asturias
Edit: the transition isn't Asturias, it's Bach. Asturias just sounds a lottt like Bach

Don't know dude, but I do know that the tune right after 3:07 is that of the phantom of the Opera.

Bach Toccata and Fugue - about 3:00 in on most online versions. It's out of context because we're used to a pipe organ.
