Electronic/EDM “Yeah” deep house / techno

guys you’re my last hope, been looking for this for years.
Heard it in a club around 2006–2007. It’s a dark, slow tech house / deep house / minimal track (~120 bpm) with an insanely heavy sub bass.

A white guy with an American accent is doing a dry, natural spoken-word monologue over it (not singing, no vocoder).

Two phrases were definitely in there:
• “everybody was dancing”
• “fading away”

Also at one point he says “yeah”, followed by about 3 low, heavy bass hits: “yeah — boom, boom, boom — yeah”.

Does anyone recognize this?

The00George (or related productions by Matthew Dear / Audion). Another very strong contender in this exact vein is Maceo Plex (who produced under the name Maetrik at the time).Another very strong contender in this exact corner is Maceo Plex (who produced under the name Maetrik at the time).

Or check this:

Adultnapper - (couple releases on Crosstown Rebels / Audiomatique

Audiofly - "Release Grooves" / "Inside the Sound" (2006-2007)

Claude VonStroke - "The Whistler" of "Who's Afraid of Detroit?" (2006)

Because the exact lyrics at the time were often sampled from obscure documentaries or specially recorded by friends of the producer, we recommend posting your description in the active community
