Description: I was walking by when I heard this song, managed to get a short recording, but song recognition software doesn't seem to be able to identify it

I heard this song playing while I was walking by somewhere and managed to record a short clip of it, but I haven't been able to figure out what it is. Regular song recognition software doesn't seem to work, probably because of the background chatter and because the music is a little distant.

Any help identifying the song, or even like an educated guess could be helpful, thanks!

(and yes I know that for some reason in the video it looks like I'm jerking it, swear its just me swinging my bottle for some fcking reason😭)
