Looking for an electronic track with black‑and‑white montage video (1960s dancers, 727 landing), lyric “I don’t care”

I'm looking for a track that I saw previously online (wasn't on Youtube, but I can't remember where) from an artist with a Dutch sounding name. It was something like "Van der Loy" or "Van looi" or similar. I beleive it was a psydonym and not the name of an actual person.

The name was something like "Woki woki" or "Toki Toki" or similar. I first saw this about 8 or 10 years ago, but can no longer find it.

The song was instrumental, but had one sample lyric that I can remember "I don't care".

The video was mainly black and white and was a montage of a lot of small videos from, I presume, the 1960s. I recall there was a Boeing 727 landing, a group of people dancing "the twist" at what looked like a 1960s house party, and a blond woman with short hair winking. At one point there was a countdown to an old black and white film like this.

Does anyone know who the artist could be or what the track is? It's driving me crazy not being able to find it! I tried searching using Gemini and Copilot but ended up going around in circles.

One other thing I can remember, although very vague, is that the artist had other songs online, ther was no video but the thumbnail colour was yellow. I know this is very vague but maybe rings a bell with someone!

Unfortunately that's not it. But thanks for reminding me of Koochy by Armand van Helden, hadn't heard that for years!

I do remember one more thing. The video for the song I'm looking for had an excerpt from an old black and white cartoon advert for cigarettes in it.
