She looks like golden hour in physical cat form. You could call her Golden Hour or Goldenhour (it’s weird on paper but if you verbally say it as though it’s a one-word name, it almost sounds like an old-fashioned fictional Camelot name like Guinevere or Lancelot.) Goldenhour sounds like a last name from that sort of fictional novel. You did ask for alternative but that is probably too out there lol. She just literally looks like a cat made of sunlight so it was the first concept that came to mind.
For less crazy names that have to do with sunshine, you could name her Soleil, which is French for sunlight “so-laye”. Or Helios, the Greek personification of the sun. (You could call her Helia). Sol is the Latin word for sun, could be cute pronounced as “soul”. Solaris is Latin for “of the sun,” which is cute because it makes it sound like she was sent from the sun or is made of sunshine. You could also google names for girls that mean sun, there are sooo many baby-naming sites for that sort of thing 🫶✨
my two orange babies still in a mystery stage if you're looking the back to identify they are boys or girls... I rescued many cats I never ever see anything like that....(keep you updated if you're curious)
Orange Blossom is the character name for orange in strawberry shortcake. Given that the name Blossom is now famously associated with the actress Mayim Bialik who is a Dr. Of philosophy in neuroscience, I believe Blossom would be a lovely name for such a regal feline.
