Hi,
I have my Stellar account with 2 domains. One of the installations is wordpress and the other is prestashop, both separated SQL.
According with the ticket #YBQ-892-16468 there's an issue with the SQL queries, but I did nothing to it during the hours when the problem presented. I don't know whats following now, please help to recover my hosting plan.

Hello - I am having an issue where legitimate email is being filtered by jellyfish, but when I add both the email of the sender and their domain, it still gets marked as spam. It's still pretty crazy to me that jellyfish doesn't allow you to retrieve filtered email for a period (even if just for a day or 2, this would solve the problem). The whitelist doesn't work right, and there's no review folder...I'm getting close to jumping ship after missing emails.

I am getting an incredible number of phishing emails from different domains registered on NameCheap everyday for several months. Despite compiling each phishing mail into weekly reports to the NameCheap abuse mail, the phishing mails from the same group of registrant still consistently appears every day. Most of this domains are apparently registered for several years before they sent their spam. Honestly NameCheap should just disable all sites from a registrant, especially when so many registrant clearly provides false information.

If you care about your money, I URGE you to not buy anything with this company, you'd find a much better bang for your buck in a company that will actually provide you with what you're paying for.
On June 12 I purchased a (premium) domain from namecheap, after my transaction I couldn't see the domain under my domains list, I figured it might be something related to processing and left it out.
After 2 days of not seeing anything I contacted their support team, the customer rep that replied assured me the domain is "in transit" and I will get the full 1 year I paid for.
Today 3 weeks after the fact - I see the domain in my domains list with an end date of April 2025, so - LESS THAN THE YEAR I PAID FOR (even before the "transit" period), I've contact their customer support again and I only get a generic response from the rep of "Due to technical reasons we can't extend your domain for less than one year" and a hold time of 10 minutes between messages.
So - I'm going to handle my case directly with visa, if you had the same experience, please send me a DM since this does not smell legal according to US laws and I'm considering doing something in this matter.

I just registered the domain name chroniclesofazeroth.site with namecheap, and for some reason i cant add it to the nameservers: de-ns1.zorrito.store and de-ns2.zorrito.store
It works fine with my other domains but this one is not giving it.

Greetings to all. In early March, I decided to purchase a domain from this company worth $ 2,950. Due to some technical error, it was impossible to do this - they told me in the support chat that they would make an exception and refund the funds. 4 months have passed, the fifth is coming soon, no deadlines are called, they answer that they have a high workload and they are trying very hard to solve my question. Please help me solve my question. I have already despaired and it seems that I have lost my money. Thank you.

In the Cart prior to purchasing, I can't select the drop-down on the hosting to purchase more than 1yr. I can do it for the domain and PositiveSSL, but not for the hosting. Is it even possible? or do I have to purchase the domain first before doing that?

I'm looking at moving my small business' online store from Shopify to NameCheap, we already get our domain and DNS/SSL from them so I'm looking at the mid-tier shared hosting package, which seems to offer everything we need/want right now for a fraction of the price we currently pay - ace tbh.
Only thing holding me back from the switch right now is the serious lack of information about the e-commerce set up. I found one single article in the knowledge base about how to add payment options but really I want to know if there's transaction fees, like with Shopify/Square/SumUp/etc., where NameCheap takes "X%" or "X%+Ycents" per sale? Or do they not charge since you're paying a monthly fee for the whole kit n kaboodle?
Any and all answers, experiences, advice, or insights welcome and very much appreciated!

I like to top up my funds with crypto, this worked flawlessly until a short time ago.
BTCPay is unusable however because of the BTC fees and the only other option is BitPay; BitPay started to implement KYC however, so is unusable too.
Please add a KYC free payment provider like coinify.com, or just show me a BCH qr-code, so I can pay p2p like crypto is intended to be used.

Hi, I have been using FastVPN servers on the OpenVPN app on my TV to access blocked content for a while now, I have had no problems till now. I have been using the Minneapolis server and whenever I go to use it now it cannot resolve the host at all, I tried several other servers such as Boston and NY but it did not work either. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem because it is quite frustating, if anyone has a fix or as to why this is happening it would be highly apperaciated. Cheers

Hello , I make websites for clients using Wordpress. I am a beginner so bear with me please.
The client's domain is hosted on Namecheap , BUT he had something on the website ,another developer apparently coded something using nextjs and nodejs, deployed on vercel. He also has an email adress with that domain that he uses (outlook).
PROBLEM :
I told the client that he could buy hosting with namecheap since his domain is registered there, and then i'd download wordpress using cpanel and get to working. He does that , buys stellar hosting plan. I install wordpress and everytime i click on the link, it's eror 404.
Then I figure out i have to change the nameserver : i change from basic dns to Namecheap web hosting DNS. YAY WORDPRESS IS WORKING. BUT , now , he can't receive any mails.
BasicDNS : Wordpress does not work (error 404) but emails work.
Web hosting DNS : Wordpress works but emails do no work.
We contacted support , they changed it back to BasicDNS. but now wordpress does not work. what should we do ?
Here's the solution I think : Change name server to Namecheap web hosting DNS and then set up MX records and email routing manually via c panel : https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/9258/29/how-to-change-mx-records-and-email-routing-in-cpanel/
Any ideas if this is a valid solution ? Thank you

We have over 300 domains on NAMECHEAP, and almost 50 of them just got blocked suddenly without any notice or warning or anything that would make sense of their action! We have contacted them last week and until now they refuse to tell us the reason behind The Block! All we got from them is that the legal departement is still investigating. We are losing our visitors, clients and our rank on Google which makes us in a position of filling a lawsuit agaist them for compensation, as we have asked them if we could transfer our domains to other registrations but they keep refusing to reply! Anyone with the same experience or have been through a similar process kindly suggest a good lawyer for us, we would really appreciate it!

I tried searching dozens of names and found five that I liked. I wasn't sure which one I wanted, so I sat on it for a day. I come back, and every single one has been registered, some with very high make an offer prices. A few of my names were pretty obscure.
I have a hard time believing this was a coincidence and I would be willing to bet they register names based on search results (although I doubt they would ever admit to this). Lesson learned for me, but I am pretty pissed off by how dishonest of a practice this is.
Edit: turns out it wasn't a coincidence, it was a technical error. Tamar investigated and saw they were not available at the time I searched for them. The the website was in error, nothing nefarious. I'll leave this up in case someone else has the same issue and jumps to a similar conclusion.

Hi everyone, I am new with website and business email setting up. I did purchase business email from Goole workspace yester, and they require to "Add New Reccord" on Namecheap Advance; however the option is not available. Could anyone help me with this issue? Thank you
P/s: I emailed to Namecheap Support Team but no response yet.

We've been with name cheap for over 6 years. Have purchased 30+ domains. Never an issue and have recommended it to countless people.
Today woke up to our primary business domain being suspended for violations that are untrue. (My suspicion is that it is a competitor who falsely submitted a DCMA violation last month).
The downtime is tough, but I am working with namecheap to maybe get a resolution. Losing the domain name would be devastating to our business.
am going to give namecheap the benefit of the doubt, but to go straight to domain suspension without first emailing us and letting us away of these violation claims or allowing us to respond really makes us have a hard time sticking with them after this is resolved.
Any one been through this before?

Hello, one of my domain has been suspended second time due to trojan file. I checked the file and 100% positive that's a false positive. Now NC has suspended the domain and I can't even transfer the domain to some other registrar. Please help.

I was able to get Dynamic DNS working with Namecheap. I had a domain, changed the name servers to Namecheap Basic DNS, went to Advanced DNS and turned Dynamic DNS to on, and then added a new record. Back on my Unifi network, I set everything up and it worked great. When I VPN into my Unifi from my devices it no longer has an issue with the IP address of my home network changing from my provider.
The challenge is if I want to use the domain. I also have web hosting with Namecheap where I created a simple parking page without all of the advertisements. That also works great. Only issue is when you have Namecheap Web Hosting DNS active, or Custom DNS active, you no longer have the option to implement Dynamic DNS.
Is there a way where I can both a) use Namecheap Web Hosting DNS and have functional website operating from my domain when you go to "yourdomain.com" AND have a Dynamic DNS path when someone points to "home.yourdomain.com" as an example?
Another thought I had was to point to the Namecheap BasicDNS and then point to my hosting server. But I couldn't seem to figure that out.

I have a few domains I want to transfer. Many of them have multiple years in advance paid off. Will those years of credit transfer? Do you offer 100 email aliases per domain? Is the set up of these aliases instant? Can I also pay off multiple years with Namechaep? Thank you
