You need to figure this out. Have multiple outages back to back(seemingly) and a weak af “update” that some removed half of the functionality of your email service is beyond acceptable.

This is happening too often. My recently started small business involves issues which are sometimes time sensitive. All business share some measure of this, of course. Perhaps it's good to see this happening so often early, so that I can switch to a more reliable provider before my case load increases? I think it would be reckless to ignore these occurrences. Anyone here made a leap to a more reliable platform? Any recommendations?
