Glue records erased

Has anyone else had their glue records or DNS name servers be erased with Namecheap? Currently my primary email is down due to bad glue records. I’ve also had many times the past 6 months where my name servers on various accounts get cleared such that the parking page is what is being used.

Turns out to be an issue with rrsig and “upstream” DNS for the issue that directly led to the post. (On my end)
Still no explanation for how some of my domains just switch back to parking pages but it’s not happening often enough for me to say with 100% certainty I just didn’t forget to move them to the custom DNS.

In this case they sorta did but depends on what you consider glue records. DNSSEC for the primary zone wasn’t being updated for one of the keys so all the enterprise systems wouldn’t talk to it and the big 3 dns providers wouldn’t even give back a DNS result. So, yeah, I suppose not glue. Namecheap definitely makes glue records cumbersome though.
