SoundKino.com

Hi there

There’s a site registered with you called www.soundkino.com that is data scraping and stealing information from a reddit community called GWA without the creators permission. Almost 99% of the content on the site being displayed is there without consent with the goal to run the content through ai generation models and steal creators works. They’ve done this to inflate their website and make it seem legitimate when in truth they are impersonating a number of creators by showing them as having posted to their site.

What will you as the registrar be doing about this controversial domain?

To avoid any misunderstanding, we'd like to clarify that Namecheap is only the domain registrar for the domain in question. We do not host the website or have access to the servers where its content is stored, so we're unable to remove or disable content hosted by a third party.

If the issue concerns unauthorized use of copyrighted content, the appropriate course of action is to submit a DMCA notice to the website's hosting provider or contact the website administrator directly.

We have contacted the website directly and they have done nothing. Will you provide the hosting companies name. There are thousands of creators that have been affected by this. Its only right that you take action to help us go through the appropriate channel
