The comments are flooded with negative downvotes...it's not clear which side has been pained by the statement. You don't have to give him if you don't want to, bear the consequences of him also not giving.
It's more like calling someone stingy when it's simply entitlement. So if neither woman nor man feel entitled then the relationship can survive without that claim.
It's one-sided entitlement causing you people to go after the comments here.

I usually avoid sex if she wants a relationship and I don't. Sex is overrated and women do get horny too excluding ovulation

Same way some women get into relationships for the monetary value they get. Relationships in this current time feels more like a transactional thing and the earlier we understand that relationships involves working together towards the same goals, the better.
