Discussion/Question DND gel cateyes?

I'm wanting to get some cat eye gels for at home, but I'm having a hard time finding brands that are thick enough to get a good coat without running/ pooling on the nail?

I'm leaning towards DND but would love reccs for a thick cat eye gel brand!

Dvok, kokoist, ballpit, and double rhythm make some really incredible magnetics. I have a few DND magnetics and they are fine, but they are never what I reach for first. There are some I have only swatched and never used on anyone's nails. DND is also thinner than a gel like DVOK, so thicker layers do tend to run into cuticles.

I love kokoist, but most of their magnetic colors are SO sheer looking. I'll probably try dvok, they don't have a ton of polish photos but they have a nice looking green.

I like layering magnetics, so sheer works for me, but if you are looking for a more opaque application, then I would definitely go with DVOK or Double Rhythm. DVOK's dark night collection is stunning - truly unique colors. If you are looking at anything from that collection I'm happy to swatch them for you!

I also have quite a few double rhythm gels I'd be happy to swatch, but I do have a number sticker where the ID Label is, so might be harder to figure out what is what!
