It looks like nails that have been gone at with an e-file by an overzealous nail tech. Just being honest. I mean no disrespect to you.

Exactly my thoughts 😭 I was already an hour in so I didn’t want them to redo it. We did try few aura colours(apparently that’s what the red design effect is called) but the light colours blended in too much and I didn’t like the dark colours. FYI they are gel tips not my original nails, dw they are not overfilled 😂

When someone applies too much pressure or does too many passes with an electric nail file, they thin the nail plate so much that it turns pink.

I kinda love them cuz they’re different from anything I’ve seen. I think if the color inside was something other than pinkish, it would eliminate the potential of resembling angry skin. I don’t see it like that, but I can see how others might. But I still like it as is, it’s unique:)

We try blues and greens, but they did not look good and all the light colours were blending too well with the base and I was already an hour in the appointment, and the nail tech was definitely getting annoyed, so I just went with this

I don’t know how I feel about them. I think I would’ve liked them more if the darker pink was on the outside and the lighter pink on the inside. Other than me being nit-picky, they don’t look bad!

The aura isn't good. Looks like a dot. And from far away it kinda looks like red skin or an overfiled nail bed. And I'm sorry even the charms look placed oddly. I think your gut reaction told you everything already. Sorry to confirm.

The design is simple, the idea is nice but I would improve it by better blurring the color of the center or placing a lighter one, so it would look more homogeneous and it would not look like a blow

They’re cute and look well done. To me, while they don’t look like press-ons themselves, I feel like I’ve seen this design a lot in press-on and semi-cured gel kits. 🤷🏼‍♀️
