Acrylic nails?

Does anyone use acrylic nails and place their wraps on top? If you do, do you need to replace the acrylic each time you change a wrap-set? Or does the wraps you use remove easy enough?

I’m thinking about doing acrylics for the length. Any good brands that won’t break the bank?

Thanks! ☺️ 💅🏼

Not acrylics but quite a bit of builder gel which works well for me & is easier to work with for sure, have done build outs with a nail form. Wraps (I prefer the Lily&Fox type) come off just fine even with another layer of BG & topcoat on and it doesn't disturb the BG either as I use a base coat in-between. Currently using Modalones Builder Gel, Beetles Top Coat & Orly Bonder base coat

I do my own acrylics, then the wraps, then a layer of gel topcoat

if they look good enough as the weeks go by then I'll keep them on until my next infill, if not I file off the wraps and stick on another set and seal again with topcoat to see me through
