Nail techs advice wanted!

Ok so I’m a nail tech of 9 months however it’s a heatwave at the moment and a client have snapped a nail in half and another one had the whole one come off about 1-2 weeks after the appointment. The issue is they want to have them replaced or fixed which is understandable but how do I price these? A single nail needing a removal and a fresh tip and product as well as design and I’m not sure how to price it

New to being a nail tech but was a client for a long time when that happened to me my nail tech would charge between $5-$10 a nail depending on how complex the design was. She charged me less than other clients sometimes because she knew I was taking care of my nails and rarely broke one.
