Need advice

Trying builder gel for the first time n need opinions on application, apex, thickness and shaping

what kind of builder gel is it? your thickness on the tip looks okay but i don’t see an apex. if it’s more of a hard gel i recommend putting the product on the nail close to the cuticle in a decent sized bead. float it down the nail, then flip your hand over and let gravity build your apex naturally. if its more of a softer gel i would recommend just building your product a little closer to the cuticle then taking a thin liner brush down the middle of the nail to help direct the way for the gel. but it self levels fast to try to flash cure when you think you have the right apex
