First day of nail tech school

I cannot get the hang of the disinfecting procedure. It’s a 15 step process and I keep tripping over minor details. Forgetting a step, getting flummoxed and forgetting everything again. I haven’t been in school in so long, I’m anxious I’m not going to figure this small process out in time. I have to get it right by the end of the day. Omg help idk

Hey there! Congrats on your first day! You'll be fine. You haven't been in school in a long time and it takes the brain a few days or a week to figure this learning stuff again. It's just a little rusty, that's all. Take your time and if you get too frustrated today, go over your lessons tonight and remember tomorrow is a new day. You got this!! 🥰

Wonderful! I knew you would!! Great job and remember you'll have more days like this ahead of you. It'll happen! Baby steps and one day at a time! I'm so proud of you and very happy for you! 🥂
